1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.lilmoochi.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Lil Moochi Boxing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this Site or make any purchase. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, pricing, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders where inaccuracies occur, with prompt notice and a full refund where applicable.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We do not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled by Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier's possession; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email management@lilmoochi.com with your order number and reason for return. The following items are non-returnable: sale/clearance items, items marked "Final Sale," and items showing signs of wear or washing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at management@lilmoochi.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Lil Moochi name, logo, graphics, photos, videos, and text — is the exclusive property of Lil Moochi Boxing and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this Site without our express prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lil Moochi Boxing and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lil Moochi Boxing and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your purchase, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
